The course is well suited for new users and existing users who need a refresher course. Topics will include: Working with the Contact list including column layouts and filters, creating new Contacts, searching for Contacts, Contact management, the PracticeMaster Phone Dialer; creating and editing Events and Tasks, using reminders and alarms, viewing the Calendar for yourself and others, and billing for events and tasks.
